<p>Many hurting hearts stay quiet because others assume everything is fine. </p>



<p>Life moves fast, and people take each other for granted without asking the questions that show real care. </p>



<p>Hope grows when someone slows down, pays attention, and notices the hurt beneath the surface.</p>



<p>Then ask questions to really check in on each other and if it is not, ask what you can do for them.</p>
