Strength for the Weary Body and Soul

When someone asks, “Why am I so tired?” their heart often points to something deeper.
The exhaustion feels physical, but the root may reach into the soul.
They are not imagining it, and they are not failing.
They may be carrying both physical exhaustion and spiritual fatigue at the same time.

These two often walk together.

When the Body Is Tired

Life wears the body down slowly.

• long days
• constant responsibilities
• stress settling in the shoulders
• broken sleep
• emotional weight that drains strength

The body keeps score, even when the mind pushes forward.
Sometimes the body finally says, “I cannot carry this pace anymore.”

When the Spirit Is Tired

The heart carries more than it was meant to hold, and spiritual fatigue follows.

• pressure to stay strong
• caring for everyone else
• fear about the future
• grief that lingers
• trying to fix what only God can heal

David understood this feeling when he said,
“My soul is weary with sorrow.” (Psalm 119:28)

Jesus spoke to this same emptiness when He said,
“Come to Me… and I will give you rest.” (Matthew 11:28)

When Both Hit at the Same Time

Physical exhaustion makes spiritual fatigue feel heavier.
Spiritual fatigue makes physical exhaustion feel impossible.
Together, they create a kind of tiredness that settles deep.

But here is the hope:

When the spirit lifts, the body often follows.
God knows how to restore both.

Simple Ways to Strengthen the Spirit When the Body Feels Drained

A person does not need a big plan.
Small moments can breathe life back into a tired heart.

1. Play worship or encouraging music

Music shifts the atmosphere.
It reaches places words cannot.
Whether it comes from YouTube, Spotify, or a playlist, the spirit responds to what it hears.

2. Listen to Scripture aloud

When the body is too tired to read, God’s Word can still wash over the mind and settle the heart.

3. Sit with God for five quiet minutes

No pressure.
No performance.
Just presence.

4. Pray one honest sentence

Even a simple, “Lord, I am tired,” reaches Him.
He hears the honest cry.

5. Release one burden

Not all of them.
Choose one task or concern and let it rest in God’s hands.
When that becomes easier, release the next.

A Prayer for the Physically and Spiritually Exhausted

“Lord, I am tired in my body and tired in my spirit.
You see the weight I am carrying and the strength I am losing.
Lift my heart.
Renew my mind.
Restore my body.
Let Your presence bring the rest I cannot find on my own.
Amen.”

You Are Not Weak — You Are Human

And God meets humans with compassion.
If someone feels tired today, may this truth settle deep:

God is not asking them to push harder.
He is inviting them to rest — body and soul — in Him.

So many people ask the same quiet question: Who am I, really? What is my purpose in life?

Your gifts were never meant to stay hidden. They are tools God placed inside you to lift others, and as you use them, those same gifts grow stronger in you. They shape you, refine you, and equip you to bring even more hope, strength, and goodness into a world that desperately needs what God put inside you

Your “Super Engine” — The Thing You Do Better Than Most

Every person has something they do with unusual ease — math, writing, singing, climbing, teaching, fixing things, speaking, comforting, creating, organizing, or solving problems. That ability is your super engine; the thing God empowered you to do with strength and joy.

Picture this:

A mountain stands in the way and a road must be carved through it.
Two people show up — one with a shovel and one with a bulldozer.
Which one will move the mountain?

You have a bulldozer inside you.
Your God-given gift is the engine that moves obstacles out of the way so you can help others reach the other side. Ultimately, using your gifts is all about finding your God-given identity and purpose for you and others.

When People Compliment You — Pay Attention

When someone says, “You’re really good at that,” and you respond, “Oh, it’s nothing,” you’re actually brushing aside the very thing God placed in you.

That compliment is God whispering,
“Yes, that is something. I put that in you.”

Gratitude grows the gift.
Humility doesn’t mean denying what God gave you — it means using it for His glory.

My Story: God Built My Identity Through What the World Saw as Limitations

People often ask me how I know so many technology commands, how I troubleshoot so quickly, or how I fix problems others have struggled with for hours.

The truth is simple: It is God.

When my eyes first hemorrhaged and I could no longer navigate the world well visually, God sent incredible blind teachers who trained me in the technology of the 1980s. He gave me the foundation I needed long before I knew I would need it.

Schools told me, “Blind kids can’t run computers.”
So I rebuilt more computers than I can count.

He allowed dyslexia to be part of my story — and then used it to shape my strengths. Dyslexic minds are often gifted in hands-on problem solving. Screen readers opened the world to me, and suddenly I could learn in the way God designed my brain to thrive.

Today, I can picture solutions in my mind or feel them under my fingers on a keyboard. That talent is from God. When we thank Him for it, the gift grows and becomes even more powerful in our lives.

Your Story Has the Same Divine Thread

Reflect on your life.
Notice what comes naturally.
Pay attention to what others recognize in you.
Consider what lights up your heart.

That reveals your identity.
Purpose flows from that place.
Your God‑given bulldozer lives right there.

God didn’t create you to blend in.
He created you to build, to lift, to help, to shine, and to make the world better through the gift He placed inside you.

Ask God to show you.
Pay attention to what comes easily.
Listen to the compliments you usually brush off.
Notice what brings you joy and energy.

Your identity is not lost.

Descriptive vs. Prescriptive Scripture: Why Discernment Matters

Not every Bible passage is a command to follow. When we read the Bible, it’s important to recognize that not every passage is telling us what to do. Some parts of Scripture are descriptive—they tell us what happened in a particular moment. Others are prescriptive, giving us instruction for how to live.

The book of Job is a powerful example of this. Job’s statements about his own righteousness aren’t commands for us to imitate; they’re part of a larger conversation where he is responding to friends who wrongly accuse him of sin. His friends insisted that Job must have done something terrible to deserve such suffering, but they were speaking from human reasoning, not from God.

Job’s story reveals something deeper: his suffering was not punishment. Scripture shows that Satan went before the throne of God and asked for permission to test Job, hoping to prove that Job would curse God and turn away (even his wife said “curse God and die-which he rejected). But God allowed the test—not to destroy him, but to reveal the strength of his faith and ultimately bless him. In the end, Job came through the trial refined, restored, and twice as blessed as before. His story reminds us that God remains sovereign and in control, even when we cannot see the purpose behind our pain. What looks like loss may be the very place where God is preparing increase.

As I’ve listened to solid Bible teaching and dug deeper into Scripture, I’ve begun to see the Bible as a unified story—from Genesis to Revelation—pointing to Jesus in every book. Through that journey comes a clearer understanding of God’s command to have no other gods before Him and to love Him with all our heart, soul, and mind. But it’s more than simply following commands; it’s learning to live with joy and love in every circumstance, even in the challenges we or our loved ones face.

Discerning the Right Spirit — Not Every Voice That Sounds “Religious” Is From God

Job’s friends claimed that “a spirit” revealed to them that Job was at fault (Job 4:12–16). Eliphaz describes a moment when a spirit passed before him and the hair on his body stood up. But the message he delivered was not from God. It sounded spiritual, yet it did not reflect God’s heart or truth. It was the enemy’s voice—misleading, accusing, and ultimately used against Job.

This is a warning for us today:
Not every voice, impression, dream, or “spiritual insight” comes from the Holy Spirit.

The New Testament gives us another clear example. In Acts 19, the sons of Sceva tried to cast out demons “by the Jesus whom Paul preaches.” They used spiritual language, but they had no relationship with God and no authority. The evil spirit attacked them and overpowered them. Their story shows that misidentifying the source of a spirit can lead to destruction.

This is why discernment is essential.

Only by studying the Word, knowing God’s character, and listening for His voice can we recognize which spirit is speaking. The Holy Spirit always leads into truth, peace, conviction, and alignment with Scripture. Any voice that contradicts God’s Word, produces confusion, or accuses without hope is not from Him.

When we know the Word, we learn to recognize the Shepherd’s voice—and reject every false one.

There is something sacred about people coming together to lift one another up.
Support, compassion, and shared strength aren’t just good ideas — they are God’s way.

Scripture calls us again and again to stand beside each other:

• “Carry each other’s burdens, and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ.” — Galatians 6:2
• “Encourage one another and build each other up.” — 1 Thessalonians 5:11
• “Let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds.” — Hebrews 10:24

God designed us to live connected — to help, to uplift, to make sure no one is left behind.

And that truth reaches far beyond our personal circles.
Access to the world — to opportunity, education, justice, and dignity — is a human right for every person, no matter the color of their skin or where they live.

This is the very heartbeat of what Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. stood for.

He believed that every human being carries God‑given worth.
MLK believed that justice is love in public.
He believed that lifting one another up is not optional — it is holy work.

Some thought that silencing his voice would silence his message.
But the opposite happened.

His words didn’t die.
They multiplied.
Traveled farther.
They grew stronger.
They continue to echo around the world with even greater power today — because truth doesn’t die when a messenger is taken. Truth grows.

And the Spirit behind his words — the call to love, to justice, to unity — continues to rise.

So today, may we honor his legacy by living God’s way:
supporting one another, carrying each other’s burdens, and making sure every person has access to the world God created them to flourish in.

This is how hope moves forward.
And light overcomes darkness.
This is how love wins.

Life has a way of pressing in on us. Some days the weight feels heavier than others: unexpected news, long seasons of waiting, disappointments that stack up, or the quiet ache of feeling alone in the struggle. But even in those moments, hope is not lost. Scripture reminds us again and again that God meets us right where we are, offering strength for today and courage for tomorrow.

Hope isn’t pretending everything is fine. Hope is choosing to believe that God is still working, still loving, still leading, even when the path ahead feels uncertain.

 Hope That Looks Forward

The Bible continually points us toward a future shaped by God’s faithfulness.

• “For I know the plans I have for you… plans to give you hope and a future.” (Jeremiah 29:11)
• “Those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength.” (Isaiah 40:31)

These verses don’t promise an easy life. They promise a faithful God.

 Hope That Loves Deeply

When life gets tough, our instinct can be to pull back. But Scripture calls us to lean in, to love one another, to carry each other’s burdens, to be living reminders of God’s compassion.

• “Love one another as I have loved you.” (John 13:34)
• “Encourage one another and build each other up.” (1 Thessalonians 5:11)

Hope grows when it’s shared.

Hope That Stays Through the Storm

God never asks us to walk through hardship alone. His presence is steady, even when our emotions are not.

• “The Lord is close to the brokenhearted.” (Psalm 34:18)
• “My grace is sufficient for you, for My power is made perfect in weakness.” (2 Corinthians 12:9)

These promises anchor us when everything else feels unsteady.

 A Closing Word of Encouragement

No matter what someone is facing today: fear, loss, exhaustion, or uncertainty. God’s hope is not fragile. It doesn’t crack under pressure. It doesn’t disappear in the dark. It holds.

And as we look ahead, we can choose to love one another with the same grace God pours out on us. That kind of love becomes a lighthouse for weary hearts.

God’s plan to redeem and save us didn’t begin in a moment of crisis; it began long before, rooted in His unchanging love. But to see the fullness of that plan, we must first understand the brokenness that made redemption necessary.

Long before John and Jesus walked the earth, God spoke through the prophets. This was because humanity’s choices had gone terribly wrong. People were created for a living, personal relationship with God. Yet they chose their own way, rejecting His design and pursuing their own desires. Those choices opened the door for sin to enter the world. People decided to live life on their terms instead of God’s. This shattered the relationship we were created to enjoy, showing the need for God’s plan to save and redeem us. And while we often believe we can chart our own course, that path always leads to destruction, disappointment, and deep unhappiness.

Scripture makes this truth unmistakably clear: sin separates people from a holy God. No amount of rule-keeping, religious effort, sacrifice, or good behavior done in our own strength can repair what was broken. Humanity needed more than self-improvement; we needed a Savior. Only God Himself could restore us, bring us back into relationship with Him, and lead us into His perfect purpose and design for our lives.

“Surely the arm of the LORD is not too short to save… but your iniquities have separated you from your God.”
— Isaiah 59:1–2 (NIV)

Humanity could not save itself. But God did not turn away.

Because God loves us and desires a real relationship with us, He chose to come to us. From the beginning, the prophets announced that God Himself would step into history to rescue His people, restore what was broken, and bring salvation.

Isaiah proclaimed:

“A voice cries: In the wilderness prepare the way of the LORD; make straight in the desert a highway for our God.”
— Isaiah 40:3 (ESV)

This prophecy was not only a call to repentance. It was a declaration that Yahweh Himself would come to accomplish His plan to save and redeem.

Isaiah repeatedly affirmed this truth:

“I, the LORD, am your Savior.” — Isaiah 43:11 (NLT)

“Here is your God… He will come and save you.” — Isaiah 35:4 (NLT)

“Behold your God! Behold, the Lord GOD comes with might.” — Isaiah 40:9–10 (ESV)

Micah added a crucial detail:

“But you, Bethlehem Ephrathah… out of you will come for me one who will be ruler over Israel, whose origins are from of old, from ancient times.” — Micah 5:2 (NIV)

God was not sending another messenger.
He was coming Himself!

Jesus came not only to forgive sin. He also came to call people to repentance, a turning away from who we were and how we were living, and a turning toward God and a new way of life.

“Repent, for the kingdom of heaven has come near.” — Matthew 4:17 (NIV)

To repent means more than feeling sorry. It means choosing to leave old ways behind and allowing God to transform the heart, the mind, and the direction of one’s life.

God came to earth because He cares deeply about us. Through Jesus, anyone who believes is forgiven, restored to God, and given new life as part of His plan to redeem us.

“For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life.”
— John 3:16 (NIV)

Behold Your God — The Savior Who Comes to Redeem

But God did not leave humanity wandering in the dark. Even in the midst of our rebellion, He kept speaking, sending His prophets to remind His people that He had not abandoned His plan or His promise. Through every generation, God whispered hope into a broken world. He pointed forward to the One who would restore what sin had shattered. And when the weight of despair felt heaviest, God lifted the eyes of His people. He declared a message of courage, comfort, and certainty:

Those who trust in Jesus are promised eternal life with God. Until that day, we are called to live like Jesus, walking in humility, obedience, and love. We do this while we wait for the fullness of what He has promised. Through God’s plan to redeem and save, we are given the strength to continue.

O Zion, that bringest good tidings, get thee up into the high mountain;
O Jerusalem, that bringest good tidings, lift up thy voice with strength;
lift it up, be not afraid; say unto the cities of Judah, Behold your God!

Behold, the Lord GOD will come with strong hand, and his arm shall rule for him:
behold, his reward is with him, and his work before him.

If you’ve ever thought God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit were separate beings, or that one is more important than the others; you’re not alone. Understanding the Trinity can be challenging. Many people wrestle with that. But Scripture is clear: They are not three gods. They are one God in three Persons, equal in power, equal in glory, and united in purpose. The Father plans, the Son accomplishes, and the Spirit applies. Understanding the Trinity means recognizing this perfect unity where Jesus Himself shows us how to approach God by praying to the Father, through the Son, in the power of the Holy Spirit.

God the Father

The Father gives every good gift and sees His children with perfect understanding.
He knows their needs and calls them His own.
He planned their redemption long before creation began, a key aspect of understanding the Trinity.
God the Father forms creation with power and purpose.
He guides His people with compassion and strength.

God the Son

Jesus is not a lesser god or a created being.
He stands as God in the flesh, the visible image of the invisible Father. Understanding the Trinity requires seeing this relationship.
God the son enters time so He can enter human suffering and redeem us.
He walks dusty roads so He can walk beside His people today.
He steps into human weakness so He can carry their sin, shame, and fear.

Jesus stretches out His hands on the cross to bring them back to the Father.
He reveals the Father’s heart through every miracle, word, and act of compassion.
He accomplishes the Father’s plan and fulfills the Father’s will.
Jesus stands forever as Savior, Shepherd, and King.
He shows believers how to pray through His unity with the Father. When the disciples asked how to approach God, He pointed them through Himself to the Father.
“Our Father in heaven…” (Matthew 6:9)
He teaches believers to pray to the Father, through the Son, in the power of the Spirit. This rhythm shapes the daily life of every believer.

God the Holy Spirit

God the Holy Spirit is the One who lives within every believer. Understanding the Trinity also involves recognizing His role.
He is not an “it,” an energy, a force, or a created being.
The Holy Spirit stands as God: divine, personal, and fully present.
He comes close and breathes strength into human weakness.
He brings wisdom into confusion and peace into fear.
The Spirit lives within believers and guides, comforts, teaches, and convicts.
He empowers and transforms them from the inside out.

The Father plans, the Son accomplishes, and the Spirit applies that work.
He makes Christ’s finished work real in daily life.
God the Holy Spirit reminds believers of truth when their minds feel overwhelmed.
He grows fruit when their hearts feel empty.
He intercedes when they lack words to pray.
The Spirit strengthens them when they feel unable to continue.
He never stands distant, silent, or passive.
He dwells within them, shaping them into Christ’s likeness.
The Holy Spirit empowers them to live the life the Father planned and the Son secured.

Present in every moment.
Working all things for you.

The Lord’s Prayer

Our Father which art in heaven,
Hallowed be thy name.

Thy kingdom come.
Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven.

Give us this day our daily bread.

And forgive us our debts,
as we forgive our debtors.

And lead us not into temptation,
but deliver us from evil:

For thine is the kingdom,
and the power,
and the glory,
forever.

One God, Three Persons

Maria always woke up before the sun. In the quiet moments, she imagined a God who sits with you, sharing the silence. Not because she was disciplined, but because her mind never stopped racing.

Bills.
Her son’s diagnosis.
Her mother’s declining health.
The ache of feeling like she had to hold everything together.

She sat at the kitchen table with her coffee, staring at the steam rising like a prayer she didn’t know how to pray.

“God, I don’t even know how to talk to You anymore,” she whispered.

She expected silence.
Instead, something unexpected happened.

A memory surfaced, something her grandmother used to say when Maria was a child:

God is not far away. He is Father above you, Son beside you, and Spirit within you.

He is God with you

Maria hadn’t thought about that in years.

She closed her eyes.

And suddenly, she wasn’t alone at the table. She felt God presence sitting right there with her.

Not in a mystical way.
But in a real way.

She sensed the Father: steady, strong, holding the universe and still holding her.
Maria sensed Jesus: The One who walked dusty roads and understood exhaustion, grief, and responsibility.
She sensed the Holy Spirit: quiet, gentle, breathing peace into the places where fear had lived too long.

It wasn’t three gods.
It was one God meeting her in three ways she desperately needed.

The Father saying, “I see you.”
The Son saying, “I’m with you.”
The Spirit saying, “You’re not doing this alone.”

Maria didn’t get answers that morning.
But she got something better: presence.

And for the first time in months, she exhaled.

Life Application

You don’t have to understand the Trinity to experience the Trinity.

When you feel overwhelmed, remember-God is with you:

• The Father holds what you cannot.
• The Son walks with you through what you fear.
• The Spirit strengthens you for what you face.

You are never alone!

Sit with me.
Steady me.
Strengthen me.
And remind me that I am never alone.

Eternity

Christmas didn’t begin in Bethlehem.
Christmas began in the heart of God: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, long before the world was formed. Understanding why Jesus came is central to the celebration of Christmas.

From the opening pages of Scripture to the final “Amen,” the Bible tells one story:

God created us.
We rebelled.
We cannot save ourselves.
God came to save us.

Christmas is the moment the eternal plan stepped into time.

The Problem: We All Need Saving

From the very beginning, Scripture is honest about the human condition.

• “All have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.” (Romans 3:23)
• “There is none righteous, no, not one.” (Romans 3:10)

We don’t just make mistakes; we are spiritually dead without God.
We cannot fix ourselves, clean ourselves, or “be good enough.”

The Old Testament shows this clearly:

• “Every intention of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually.” (Genesis 6:5)
• “All we like sheep have gone astray.” (Isaiah 53:6)

Why Jesus Came

Every one of us needed rescue.

Each of us needed forgiveness.

All of us needed a Savior.

And God promised One.

The Promise: Jesus Foretold From the Beginning

Jesus is woven through every book of the Bible. The Old Testament doesn’t merely predict His coming, it displays Him. As the Angel of the Lord, the visible presence of God, the promised Redeemer, and the eternal Son, He steps into the story again and again until the day He steps into the world.

In the New Testament, He reveals the fullness of that love and redemption, coming to save us from our sins because we could never save ourselves. He took our sins upon Himself on the cross, and when we believe in Him and trust in His holy power to save, we are made alive through Him, forgiven, and welcomed into eternity.

And this is the beauty of the Trinity: The Father Commands and Directs the plan, the Son carries out the plan, and the Holy Spirit sustains the plan: three distinct persons, one perfect power, working together for our salvation and our good.

For YOU

And this promise isn’t distant or complicated; it’s for you, right now. If you believe in Jesus today, if you open your heart to Him and trust in what He has done for you, you too can be redeemed. His forgiveness becomes your freedom, His life becomes your life, and His victory becomes your hope. When you place your faith in Him, you are welcomed into the family of God, sealed by the Holy Spirit, and assured that you will be with Him — and with all God’s people — for eternity.

No Specific Prayer

You can just say”

“Jesus, help me – I believe in You.”

“Jesus, save me.”

Or, if your heart is ready for more words, you can pray something like:

“Jesus, I need You. Believing that You died for my sins and rose again, I ask You to save me, forgive me, and remember me. With my heart open to You today, be my Lord, my Savior, and my hope. Thank You for receiving me, just as You received the thief on the cross. Amen.”

Because salvation isn’t about perfect wording, it’s about a heart turning toward Jesus, just like the thief who hung beside Him and simply said:

“Remember me.”

And Jesus answered with mercy that still stands today.

A Story of Last‑Minute Mercy and Salvation

As Jesus hung on the cross, two criminals were crucified beside Him: one on His right and one on His left. Both men had lived lives that led them to this place of judgment. One joined the crowd in mocking Jesus. But as the hours passed, something changed in the heart of one of them.

He watched Jesus suffer without anger, and the sight stunned him.

He heard Jesus pray, “Father, forgive them,” and the words shook him.

Seeing innocence where others saw defeat, he finally understood.

And suddenly, the truth broke through.

One criminal hurled insults, but the other rebuked him and said, “We are punished justly… but this man has done nothing wrong.” Using the last strength he had, he turned his head toward Jesus and whispered the simplest, most desperate prayer:

“Jesus, remember me when You come into Your kingdom.”

Time had run out to fix his life.

He lost the chance to make amends

Any opportunity to prove himself had disappeared.

There were no long prayers or perfect words left.

Only faith, a plea and a heart turning toward the Savior.

And Jesus, full of compassion even in His agony, answered with one of the most hope–filled promises in all of Scripture:

“Truly I tell you, today you will be with Me in paradise.”

In that moment, a guilty man became a redeemed man.
A dying man received eternal life.
A sinner found a Savior.

He believed, and Jesus saved him—not by earning it and not by deserving it.

Hope didn’t begin in a palace.
It didn’t arrive with trumpets or royal banners.
Hope came quietly… in the middle of the night, in a forgotten town, to a world that felt weary and worn.

Jesus came into the darkness of the world, not around it. He became one of Us.

He didn’t stay distant.
God didn’t send hope from afar.
He put on flesh and lived among us.

God entered our story so He could redeem it.
He entered our humanity so He could heal it.
He entered our world so He could save it.

“They will call His name Immanuel, which, translated, means, ‘God with us.’” — Matthew 1:23 (AMP)

A Christmas Invitation for You Today

Jesus still steps into dark places.
He still brings light to weary hearts.
He still whispers hope into the quiet corners of our lives.

And that includes your life.

Wherever you are today
in joy or sorrow, in waiting or wondering
the message of Christmas is for you:

Hope has come.
Jesus is here.
Hope will not leave you.

But this hope is not automatic.
It is a gift and like any gift, it must be received.

Jesus didn’t come just to inspire you.
He came to save you.
To forgive your sins.
To heal what’s broken.
He restores what was lost.
To bring you into a relationship with God that begins now and lasts forever.

He became one of us so He could bring us back to the Father.
Jesus entered our world so He could enter our hearts.
He took on our humanity so He could carry our sin to the cross,

Christmas is not just a story about a baby in a manger.

It is the beginning of God’s rescue mission for you.

And today, He invites you to respond.

Why Jesus? Why Now?

Because you were created for more than surviving.
You were created for relationship — with the God who loves you.

Because sin separates us from God, and we cannot fix ourselves.
But Jesus came to do what we could never do.

Because every heart longs for forgiveness, peace, purpose, and hope —
and all of it is found in Him.

Because Jesus is not far away.
He is near.
He is reaching for you.
And He is ready to make you new.

If You Want to Receive Jesus Today

You don’t need perfect words.
Or think you need to clean yourself up first.
You simply need a willing heart.

Here is a prayer you can make your own:

“Jesus, I believe You came for me.
I believe You died for my sins and rose again.
Forgive me, cleanse me, and make me new.
I receive You as my Lord and Savior.
Come into my life and fill me with Your hope, Your peace, and Your presence.
I give myself to You today. Amen.”

Or You can just say:

“Help me… I need you.”

Because God hears the honest cry of a sincere heart.

If you prayed that from your heart, this day, Christmas or any day becomes more than a holiday; it becomes your new beginning.

Hope has come.
Hope is here.
And now, Hope lives in you.
