The Silent Exhaustion Teens Carry Into the Classroom

Screens glowed.
Thumbs moved fast.
Notifications flashed like sparks.
Someone laughed at a meme.
Someone posted a photo, then deleted it minutes later, afraid of judgment.

Ms. Sage felt concern rise in her chest.

The Hidden Weight Social Media Places on Today’s Teens

She had taught for thirty-two years.
This generation was not worse, just heavier.
National data shows 57% of teen girls and 29% of teen boys feel persistent sadness.
Teens who use social media more than three hours a day face double the risk of anxiety and depression.

She saw that weight in their faces.
Tired.
Anxious.
Disconnected.
Fragile.

“Phones away,” she said. “All the way away.”

Groans rose, but they obeyed.

She placed a cardboard box on her desk.
Plain. Unremarkable.
Important.

“Write down one truth you think while scrolling,” she said.
“No names. No jokes.”

She turned to her blind students.
“Suzy and John, you can text your message. I’ll copy it on paper so it stays anonymous.”

Pens moved.
Silence settled.

When Comparison Becomes a Daily Battle for Teens

Lila, the cheerleader with the perfect Instagram feed, stared at her blank paper.
She felt constant pressure to look flawless.
She spent eight hours a day comparing herself to strangers online.
National surveys echo her struggle.
Almost half of teens say social media makes them feel worse about their bodies.
One in three teen girls say it makes them feel “ugly.”

Scrolling created a false world where everyone else looked happier.
She finally began to write.

Jordan, the class clown with 12,000 followers, tapped his pencil.
He made people laugh but felt empty inside.
Teens who build perfect online personas are three times more likely to feel lonely.

His parents had split.
His mom worked two jobs.
Most nights, he ate alone.
He scrolled through happy posts and believed he was falling behind.
He posted jokes to hide the ache.

In the front row, Suzy and John felt invisible.
Being blind already set them apart.
Social media sharpened that feeling.
Picture-reading apps spoke image after image, yet they rarely found blind role models.
They searched for people who lived like them but found few.
The absence deepened their loneliness.

Most students in the room were like Joe and Sue — quiet, overlooked, and pushed aside.
They blended in.
They were teased for clothes, hobbies, and differences.
Invisibility hurt more than insults.

Brilliance with Hidden Pressure

Jessica and James stood out for a different reason.
They focused on academics, not trends.
They used social media less and felt healthier because of it.
Yet they carried pressure from home and fear of falling short.
Their drive isolated them too.

Tyler, the star running back, spun his pen.
Everyone assumed he had it together.
He did not.
Athletes struggle quietly as often as anyone else.

His parents had split.
His house was empty most nights.
He ate alone and scrolled through athletes who seemed stronger and happier and compared their victories with his fears.

He began to write too.

The Truth Teens Admit Only When They Feel Safe

Students dropped their slips in the box.
Silence filled the room.

Ms. Sage opened the first note.

“I feel invisible unless someone likes my posts.”

Another:

“I delete every picture. I hate how I look.”

Another:

“I check my phone 200 times because I’m scared people will forget me.”

Another:

“I pretend I’m confident. I’m not.”

Then the one that tightened her throat:

“I don’t want to be here anymore. Everyone else looks happy, and I feel lost and alone.”

CDC reports 22% of teens have seriously considered suicide.
Reading it in a child’s handwriting broke her.

Breaking the Lies Teens Carry

“This is what you’re holding,” she said softly.
“This heavy, invisible weight.
And you need to know… you are not the only one.”

Her voice steadied.

“You’re not strange for feeling overwhelmed or weak for aching.
You’re human.
And you’re not alone.”

Many wiped their eyes.

Letting Go of the Lies

Ms. Sage lifted the box and looked at the class.

“Come with me,” she said. “Bring your coats.”

They followed her down the hallway, through the back doors, and into the cold morning air.
The winter wind stung their cheeks.
Their breath rose in small clouds.

Behind the building, near the maintenance shed, stood Mr. Alden, the school’s longtime janitor.
He waited beside a metal burn barrel, flames crackling inside, andnodded when he saw her.
He had started the fire earlier, just as she asked.

“This,” she said, holding the box close, “is where we let go of what you were never meant to carry alone.”

She opened the box.
The folded slips rustled.
Then she tipped the box slowly, letting the papers drift into the flames.
Fire curled the edges.
Lies burned away.

Students stepped closer.

The girls began to cry.
The guys blinked hard and stuffed their hands in their pockets.
Suzy pressed her forehead to her cane and rocked gently.
John held his cane so tightly his knuckles went white.

Tyler stepped forward first.
He raised his hand over the barrel and waved goodbye to the weight he carried.
Another hand rose beside him.
And another.
Soon, every student lifted a hand toward the fire, each wave a quiet release of the lies that haunted them.

No one spoke.
No one joked.
They stood together in the winter air, letting the heat warm their faces and the truth settle in their hearts.

When the last ember faded, Ms. Sage spoke again.

“You don’t walk alone,” she said softly.
“And the lies you waved goodbye to are gone.
You don’t have to carry them anymore.”

Learning to Use Social Media Without Losing Yourself

Social media is part of modern life.
The goal is healthier habits.
Follow accounts that lift the spirit.
Mute the ones that create comparison.
Set time limits.
Build real friendships with real conversations.
Look up.
Notice the people who need connection too.

Faith Reflection: The God Who Sees the Overwhelmed and Brokenhearted

When everyone online looks happier, God sees the truth.
Hagar called Him El Roi — the God who sees me.
He sees the overwhelmed.
Psalm 34:18 reminds us,
“The Lord is close to the brokenhearted.”

The lies teens wrote do not define them.
God’s truth does.

They are loved.
Chosen.
Enough.
Not alone.

The thoughts you wrote down — the lies you’ve believed — don’t define you. God’s truth does.

You are loved.
And chosen.
You are enough.
And you are not alone.

Some mornings do not need noise or striving.
They need stillness.
Mornings need space to breathe.
They need the gentle reminder that you don’t have to carry everything today. On days like these, it’s important to find rest for the weary.

Rest for the Weary

Jesus doesn’t ask you to hold it all together.
He doesn’t ask you to pretend you’re strong.
He invites you to rest — real rest — the kind that reaches the places exhaustion cannot touch.

A Sabbath Rest (Hebrews 4:9–10)

He says:
“Come to Me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.”
(Matthew 11:28)

This is the heart of the Savior who loves you:
He carries what you cannot.
God restores what weariness has worn thin.
He brings peace into the places where anxiety has settled.

Peace when you grow tired, He offers rest, and in Him, “Rest for the Weary” becomes more than a promise; it becomes a daily invitation. From there, that invitation leads you deeper. Then, He invites you to know Him. Next, He calls you to walk with Him. Slowly, you discover the depth of His love, not just in moments of relief, but in every part of life.

Ultimately, rest isn’t just something Jesus gives…
He keeps you safe and holds you in His care.
He strengthens you with the power only He can give.

As you trust Him, the more strength you’ll feel.
The more you walk with Him; the more hope will rise. Ultimately, experiencing true rest for the weary occurs as we continue to know Him deeply.

You are safe with Him and are held by Him.
You are strengthened through Him. In His hands, the weary truly find rest and remarkably, true rest for the weary is available to you now.

Let today be a quiet reminder:
Jesus is your rest.
HE is your refuge.
Jesus is your steady place.
And knowing Him is the beginning of peace.

Whenever your heart needs a lift
God’s Hope is here to meet you with encouragement, truth, and peace.

Do you ever feel like you’re carrying more than your heart can hold?
Do you wonder if God sees the weight you’re quietly carrying — the emotional load, the silent grief, the exhaustion that doesn’t show on your face? When Women Feel Weary: God Strengthens You is a reminder that your burdens are never too heavy for Him.

Women know this kind of weariness.
It’s the kind that comes from caring deeply, giving endlessly, and still feeling like life keeps asking for more.

Ruth knew that feeling.

She lost her husband.
Ruth left her home.
She walked into a future she didn’t choose, with nothing but loyalty and faith to guide her.

Ruth did not have answers or security.
She didn’t even know if anyone would welcome her.

But Ruth kept walking.
And God kept working.

He placed Naomi beside her.
God placed Boaz ahead of her.
He placed provision around her.
And He placed strength within her. When Women Feel Weary: God Strengthens You shows us how His provision is ongoing.

Scripture says:

“The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.”
(Psalm 34:18)

And Jesus invites:

“Come to Me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.”
(Matthew 11:28)

When women feel weary, God doesn’t ask them to carry it alone.
He doesn’t ask them to pretend they’re fine.
God draws near.
He strengthens.
Jesus restores.

You are not unseen.
You’re not forgotten.
You are not carrying this by yourself.

God is closer than you feel.
He is working in ways you cannot yet see.
And just like Ruth, you will look back and realize that every step — even the painful ones — were leading you toward redemption. Truly, When Women Feel Weary: God Strengthens You and can be your anchor in difficult seasons.

Descriptive vs. Prescriptive Scripture: Why Discernment Matters

Not every Bible passage is a command to follow. When we read the Bible, it’s important to recognize that not every passage is telling us what to do. Some parts of Scripture are descriptive—they tell us what happened in a particular moment. Others are prescriptive, giving us instruction for how to live.

The book of Job is a powerful example of this. Job’s statements about his own righteousness aren’t commands for us to imitate; they’re part of a larger conversation where he is responding to friends who wrongly accuse him of sin. His friends insisted that Job must have done something terrible to deserve such suffering, but they were speaking from human reasoning, not from God.

Job’s story reveals something deeper: his suffering was not punishment. Scripture shows that Satan went before the throne of God and asked for permission to test Job, hoping to prove that Job would curse God and turn away (even his wife said “curse God and die-which he rejected). But God allowed the test—not to destroy him, but to reveal the strength of his faith and ultimately bless him. In the end, Job came through the trial refined, restored, and twice as blessed as before. His story reminds us that God remains sovereign and in control, even when we cannot see the purpose behind our pain. What looks like loss may be the very place where God is preparing increase.

As I’ve listened to solid Bible teaching and dug deeper into Scripture, I’ve begun to see the Bible as a unified story—from Genesis to Revelation—pointing to Jesus in every book. Through that journey comes a clearer understanding of God’s command to have no other gods before Him and to love Him with all our heart, soul, and mind. But it’s more than simply following commands; it’s learning to live with joy and love in every circumstance, even in the challenges we or our loved ones face.

Discerning the Right Spirit — Not Every Voice That Sounds “Religious” Is From God

Job’s friends claimed that “a spirit” revealed to them that Job was at fault (Job 4:12–16). Eliphaz describes a moment when a spirit passed before him and the hair on his body stood up. But the message he delivered was not from God. It sounded spiritual, yet it did not reflect God’s heart or truth. It was the enemy’s voice—misleading, accusing, and ultimately used against Job.

This is a warning for us today:
Not every voice, impression, dream, or “spiritual insight” comes from the Holy Spirit.

The New Testament gives us another clear example. In Acts 19, the sons of Sceva tried to cast out demons “by the Jesus whom Paul preaches.” They used spiritual language, but they had no relationship with God and no authority. The evil spirit attacked them and overpowered them. Their story shows that misidentifying the source of a spirit can lead to destruction.

This is why discernment is essential.

Only by studying the Word, knowing God’s character, and listening for His voice can we recognize which spirit is speaking. The Holy Spirit always leads into truth, peace, conviction, and alignment with Scripture. Any voice that contradicts God’s Word, produces confusion, or accuses without hope is not from Him.

When we know the Word, we learn to recognize the Shepherd’s voice—and reject every false one.

Have you ever noticed how Microsoft Word keeps popping up the same message over and over — “Do you want to save the Normal Template?” Sometimes, these little frustrations can remind us of God’s Patience in Frustrations as we navigate recurring annoyances in our lives.

No matter how many times you click, it comes back again. In moments like these, it’s worth reflecting on God’s Patience in Frustrations and how it far surpasses our own.

Life can feel like that too.
The same worries.
Same fears.
The same old patterns that keep resurfacing when we thought we were past them.

In Word, that popup usually means the normal template is corrupted and needs to be rebuilt.

And sometimes, that’s exactly what God does with us. It’s a gentle reminder of the patience God shows, no matter our many frustrations.

He doesn’t patch the surface.
He rebuilds the template — the part deep inside where our thoughts, habits, and hopes are formed.

When old struggles rise up again, it doesn’t mean you’ve failed.
It may simply mean God is inviting you into a deeper restoration — a rebuilding of the “template” of your heart.

“He restores my soul.” — Psalm 23:3

If something keeps popping up in your life, bring it to Him.
Let Him rebuild what you can’t fix on your own.
He knows exactly where the corruption is — and He knows how to make all things new.

Now go and go fix that issue with this link: Rebuild Microsoft Word Template when WORD is not working well

Happy Journey’s forward! Take heart, for God’s patience in frustrations continues to guide us onward.

If you’ve ever thought God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit were separate beings, or that one is more important than the others; you’re not alone. Understanding the Trinity can be challenging. Many people wrestle with that. But Scripture is clear: They are not three gods. They are one God in three Persons, equal in power, equal in glory, and united in purpose. The Father plans, the Son accomplishes, and the Spirit applies. Understanding the Trinity means recognizing this perfect unity where Jesus Himself shows us how to approach God by praying to the Father, through the Son, in the power of the Holy Spirit.

God the Father

The Father gives every good gift and sees His children with perfect understanding.
He knows their needs and calls them His own.
He planned their redemption long before creation began, a key aspect of understanding the Trinity.
God the Father forms creation with power and purpose.
He guides His people with compassion and strength.

Scriptures: Psalm 103:13 • Matthew 6:8 • Ephesians 4:6 • James 1:17

God the Son

Jesus is not a lesser god or a created being.
He stands as God in the flesh, the visible image of the invisible Father. Understanding the Trinity requires seeing this relationship.
God the son enters time so He can enter human suffering and redeem us.
He walks dusty roads so He can walk beside His people today.
He steps into human weakness so He can carry their sin, shame, and fear.

Jesus stretches out His hands on the cross to bring them back to the Father.
He reveals the Father’s heart through every miracle, word, and act of compassion.
He accomplishes the Father’s plan and fulfills the Father’s will.
Jesus stands forever as Savior, Shepherd, and King.
He shows believers how to pray through His unity with the Father. When the disciples asked how to approach God, He pointed them through Himself to the Father.
“Our Father in heaven…” (Matthew 6:9)
He teaches believers to pray to the Father, through the Son, in the power of the Spirit. This rhythm shapes the daily life of every believer.

Scriptures: John 1:1 • John 1:14 • John 20:28 • Colossians 2:9 • Hebrews 1:8 • 1 John 5:20 • Matthew 6:9

God the Holy Spirit

God the Holy Spirit is the One who lives within every believer. Understanding the Trinity also involves recognizing His role.
He is not an “it,” an energy, a force, or a created being.
The Holy Spirit stands as God: divine, personal, and fully present.
He comes close and breathes strength into human weakness.
He brings wisdom into confusion and peace into fear.
The Spirit lives within believers and guides, comforts, teaches, and convicts.
He empowers and transforms them from the inside out.

The Father plans, the Son accomplishes, and the Spirit applies that work.
He makes Christ’s finished work real in daily life.
God the Holy Spirit reminds believers of truth when their minds feel overwhelmed.
He grows fruit when their hearts feel empty.
He intercedes when they lack words to pray.
The Spirit strengthens them when they feel unable to continue.
He never stands distant, silent, or passive.
He dwells within them, shaping them into Christ’s likeness.
The Holy Spirit empowers them to live the life the Father planned and the Son secured.

Scriptures:

John 14:16–17 — The Spirit lives with you and will be in you
Romans 8:11 — The Spirit who raised Jesus lives in you
Galatians 5:22–23 — The Spirit produces fruit in you
2 Timothy 1:7 — The Spirit gives power, love, and a sound mind
Romans 8:26 — The Spirit intercedes when you don’t know how to pray
Ephesians 1:13–14 — The Spirit seals you for the day of redemption

Life Application

When you pray, you are held by the Father,
accompanied by the Son,
and strengthened by the Spirit, as we learn in understanding the Trinity.

One God.
Three Persons.
United in perfect harmony.
Present in every moment.
Working all things for you.

The Lord’s Prayer

Our Father which art in heaven,
Hallowed be thy name.

Thy kingdom come.
Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven.

Give us this day our daily bread.

And forgive us our debts,
as we forgive our debtors.

And lead us not into temptation,
but deliver us from evil:

For thine is the kingdom,
and the power,
and the glory,
forever.

Amen.

Maria always woke up before the sun. In the quiet moments, she imagined a God who sits with you, sharing the silence. Not because she was disciplined, but because her mind never stopped racing.

Bills.
Her son’s diagnosis.
Her mother’s declining health.
The ache of feeling like she had to hold everything together.

She sat at the kitchen table with her coffee, staring at the steam rising like a prayer she didn’t know how to pray.

“God, I don’t even know how to talk to You anymore,” she whispered.

She expected silence.
Instead, something unexpected happened.

A memory surfaced, something her grandmother used to say when Maria was a child:

God is not far away. He is Father above you, Son beside you, and Spirit within you.

He is God with you

Maria hadn’t thought about that in years.

She closed her eyes.

And suddenly, she wasn’t alone at the table. She felt God presence sitting right there with her.

Not in a mystical way.
But in a real way.

She sensed the Father: steady, strong, holding the universe and still holding her.
Maria sensed Jesus: The One who walked dusty roads and understood exhaustion, grief, and responsibility.
She sensed the Holy Spirit: quiet, gentle, breathing peace into the places where fear had lived too long.

It wasn’t three gods.
It was one God meeting her in three ways she desperately needed.

The Father saying, “I see you.”
The Son saying, “I’m with you.”
The Spirit saying, “You’re not doing this alone.”

Maria didn’t get answers that morning.
But she got something better: presence.

And for the first time in months, she exhaled.

Life Application

You don’t have to understand the Trinity to experience the Trinity.

When you feel overwhelmed, remember-God is with you:

The Father holds what you cannot.

The Son walks with you through what you fear.

The Spirit strengthens you for what you face.

Father, Son, and Holy Spirit

Meet me in the quiet places of my life.
Sit with me.
Steady me.
Strengthen me.
And remind me that I am never alone.

In Jesus Mighty Name

Amen

The God Who Entered Our Story to Save Us

A Weary World Waiting

For four hundred years, heaven had been silent.

Prophets stopped speaking.

Visions no longer came.

God’s voice seemed silent. But then, a profound silence was broken by the God who came to earth.

People wondered if God still saw them.
If He still remembered His promises.
If He still cared.

And then — in the most unexpected way — hope broke through.

“The people walking in darkness have seen a great light.” — Isaiah 9:2 NIV

Hope Born in Humility-God Who Came to Earth

Jesus didn’t enter the world in strength but in vulnerability.
Not in a palace, but in a stable.
Not wrapped in royal robes, but in swaddling cloths.

The King of Kings came as a child.

Because hope doesn’t always arrive the way we expect.
Sometimes it comes quietly, gently, in the places we least imagine.

“She gave birth to her firstborn son… and laid Him in a manger.” — Luke 2:7 (KJV)

Heaven Announced Hope to the Lowly First

The first people to hear the news weren’t kings or scholars.
They were shepherds — ordinary, overlooked, working the night shift.

God chose them on purpose.

Because the hope Jesus brings is not reserved for the powerful.
It’s for the tired, the unseen, the ones who feel forgotten.

“I bring you good news of great joy that will be for all people.” — Luke 2:10 (KJV)

People everywhere
Stories of every kind.
Seasons that touch every life.

Hope That Steps Into Our Story

Jesus didn’t just come to be admired.
He came to be with us.

Jesus stepped into our roads and walked them with us.

He lifted our sorrows and carried them as His own.
Christ touched our wounds and brought healing.
The Savior came to rescue our souls.

“And they will call Him Immanuel — which means, God with us.” — Matthew 1:23

True hope goes far beyond an idea.
A living Person embodies that hope.
Hope has a name — Jesus.

Hope That Cannot Be Stopped

Herod tried to kill Him.
Religion tried to silence Him.
Rome tried to crush Him.
The grave tried to hold Him.

But hope cannot be buried.

The baby in the manger became the Savior on the cross,
and the Savior on the cross became the risen King.

Christmas is not just the beginning of His story —
it’s the beginning of ours.

An Invitation for Us

Jesus still steps into dark places.
He still brings light to weary hearts.
He still whispers hope into the quiet corners of our lives.

Wherever you are today —
in joy or sorrow, in waiting or wondering —
this message is for you:

Jesus brings hope to you today
His presence meets you right where you are.
He stays with you and will not leave.

David’s life is one of Scripture’s clearest mirrors, reflecting both the beauty of obedience and the weight of disobedience. The success and consequences faced by King David serve as a powerful reminder that God’s grace is real, His forgiveness is sure, and yet the seeds we plant will always grow into a harvest.

The Seeds of Obedience: A Shepherd Who Trusted God

Before David ever held a crown, he held a harp. Before he ever led a nation, he led sheep. His success began in the quiet places: fields where no one applauded, valleys where no one noticed.

But God noticed.

When David stepped onto the battlefield facing Goliath, he wasn’t relying on skill or strength. He was relying on the God he had learned to trust in the hidden years.

“The Lord who rescued me from the paw of the lion and the paw of the bear will rescue me from this Philistine.” — 1 Samuel 17:37 (NIV)

David sowed faith, courage, and obedience, and he reaped victory, favor, and promotion. His rise was not luck: it was harvest.

The Harvest of Consequences: Pain That God Still Redeems

David’s family fractured. His sons rebelled. His kingdom shook.

The child born from his sin died, the most painful consequence of his rebellion.

David wept. He repented. He returned to God with a broken and contrite heart.

“Create in me a clean heart, O God, and renew a right spirit within me.” — Psalm 51:10 (KJV)

Even in the consequences, God stayed near. He did not abandon David. He shaped him.

David learned that God’s mercy does not cancel the natural law of sowing and reaping.

“Do not be deceived: God is not mocked, for whatever one sows, that will he also reap.” — Galatians 6:7 (KJV)

The Seeds of Repentance: A Heart God Still Calls His Own

David’s story doesn’t end in failure. It ends in worship.

He sowed repentance, humility, and renewed obedience—and God brought a new harvest. From the very woman tied to his greatest failure came Solomon, and from Solomon’s line came Jesus, the Messiah.

Only God can take the soil of our worst moments and grow redemption from it.

The Invitation for Us Today

David’s life whispers to us:

Sow faith, and you will reap strength.

Sow obedience, and you will reap blessing.

Sow sin, and you will reap pain.

Sow repentance, and you will reap restoration.

Sow trust in God, and you will reap a future filled with hope.

God does not waste our story. He redeems it.

And like David, we can rise again, not because we are perfect, but because God is faithful.

Go to Faith Stories

When Hope Feels Lost — God Speaks Again

A Hope Story from Exodus

Moses had obeyed at God’s command to go and Free His People.
He had stepped into his calling.
He had spoken to Pharaoh.
And it had gone terribly wrong.

Instead of freedom, the Israelites faced harsher slavery.
Instead of breakthrough, Moses faced backlash.
He cried out to God, questioning everything:

“Why did You ever send me?” — Exodus 5:22, (MSG)

And then — in Exodus 6 — God answered.

Not with rebuke.
Not with silence.
But with reminders of who He is.

God’s Response to a Weary Person (Exodus 6:1–8)

God said:

“I am the Lord.”

“I appeared to Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob…”

“I have heard the groaning of the Israelites…”

“I will bring you out…”

“I will redeem you…”

“I will take you as My own people…”

“I will be your God…”

“I will bring you to the land I swore…”

Eight promises.
Eight declarations of identity.
Eight anchors of hope.

God didn’t change the circumstances immediately.
He changed Moses’ perspective.

This story is for anyone who has ever:

obeyed God and felt punished for it

stepped out in faith and hit a wall

questioned their calling

felt like hope was slipping away

It reminds us:

God sees the groaning we hide

God speaks when we feel forgotten

God repeats His promises when we’re too weary to remember

God’s identity is our anchor when circumstances feel unstable

Hope is not the absence of struggle — it’s the presence of God in the middle of it

Prayer: When Hope Feels Lost

Lord, You are El Dober Od, the God who speaks again
When I feel like I’ve failed, remind me of Your promises.
When obedience leads to hardship, remind me of Your presence.
When I question why You sent me, whisper again that You are the Lord.

I am Lord: faithful, near and not finished. I have great plans for you.
“The Lord is near to all who call on Him, to all who call on Him in truth.” — Psalm 145:18 (ESV)

Help me hold onto hope, not because I see the outcome,
but because I know the One who holds it.
In Jesus’ name, Amen.
